Martial Arts for Life

Martial Arts isn't for everyone.  It requires hard work, courage, tremendous discipline and consistency.  It requires that you challenge and drive yourself, and that you are always willing to be humble and learn more.  I love it.  Thank you Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim, for turning me onto Martial Arts and making is an exciting part of my life.  Also, thank you for the deeper sense of joy and purpose you have given to my life.  God Bless you. Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim - Be the Farmer in Your Life

Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim was instructing and sharing her teachings and philosophies, the same ones she teaches at the Jung SuWon Martial Art Academy.  She told us about how we had to be strong and set new goals.  She told us about leaving the past behind and make the way for the new you!!  Afterwards Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim gave us great visual.  She said to look at the rose bushes that are cut back each year. 

They look like they are dead and will never rise again.  But just like that, be the farmer of your life.  We have to prune ourselves back.  We have to get rid of the negative energy that we have collected.  We have to get rid of our bad habit, depression, and anger, and start fresh.  We have to cut way back and then be disciplined with ourselves and building up our future.  The roses will bloom again, and so will we.  Look at the buds already forming even now.

Know deeply in your heart.  That you can be fresh and bright and create a great life for yourself.
Never give up.  As Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim always says:  He Can Do, She Can Do, Why Not Me!!!

Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim Training is tough and exciting

Training classes given by Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim are amazing.  She challenges you, and pushes you, and is constantly helping her students to have confidence in themselves and to take charge of their lives.  I love when she says, learn to be the driver in your life, not a passenger. 

She pushes everyone physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.  Classes are very challenging.  You feel your body pumping with new energy.  You feel yourself getting sharper and stronger, and more alert.  You learn new techniques, and learn to bring up inner power you never knew you had.  You also learn to crush the negative and fill you soul with positive energy.  It is an energetic, fun, adventurous, and rewarding experience.  It has definitely increase the quality of my life.  Thank you Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim for all you do, and for all your teachings and books.

The Teachings of Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim

In Jung SuWon martial arts class, Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim really reached a deep cord within.
She reminded me of my childhood.  Probably not unlike others.  When I grew up, I loved my parents, but I was always looking for them to guide me, and help me.  They were always there.  They were a stabilizing force in my life.  As I got older, they passed away.  That is when I really when I started to appreciate them.  When you lose something, it is crazy, but that is when we usually appreciate and love more.  I love them so much for raising me, and loving me, and being there for me no matter what.  All they ever wanted is for me to grow up and have a better life then they did.  They gave so much for me, and at the time, I was too young to appreciate.  How I wish I could tell them how much I love them, and how much I thank them for everything.  I feel like my love has grown even stronger.

But Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim took this to another level.  What about God our father?  Isn't it similar.  He gave us life, and gives us our body, and mind, and spirit.  He gives us everything around us.  He is the stabilizing force in my life.  Whenever I am in trouble I look for his strength and help.  But as Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim pointed out, God loves us, but he needs us too.  How often do we tell him that we love him?  How often do we give back?

Just like our parents need us, and our love, and all they want to see is for us to do good things.  Don't you think God wants that too.  He gives us everything, but he needs our love also.  He wants us to love others, and love him.  Ah, I see now.  This was a deep revelation to me.  Unless we recognize this, God will be all alone.  Just like our parents, if we ignore them and go bad, we will disappoint them greatly.  Well, I don't want to disappoint my parents, and even more so, I don't want to disappoint God.  I (we) need to let God know our love for him, and we have to do good things to show him we hear him.

This is life changing for me.  Thank you Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim for your incredible wisdom.  I love God, I love you, and I love my life.  Now to share that with others, and make a positive difference in this world.  I want God and Great Grandmaster both to be proud of me someday.

Tonight I was in Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim's martial arts class.  The classes are held at Jung SuWon Academy of Martial Arts.  I must say being in martial arts class was great.  It is healthy, challenging, cleansing, meditative, and requires courage and determination.  Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim challenges us, and works us out hard.  It takes extreme concentration and is very physically demanding.  My temp goes up, I sweat like crazy.  It is hard to explain, but it is such a wonderful and fulfilling way to spend the evening.  Just perfect. I remember in the Last Samari, when the head of the clan was commenting on the cherry blossoms.  It was perfect.  That is how I feel.  Thank you Dr. Tae Yun Kim.

Hi All,

A very strange set of events happened.  A parent called and said that her son, 16 years old had passed away.  He used to train at our martial arts school when he was 6 years old.  He love training, but his family had to move and he stopped training.  Sometime along the way he got leukemia and passed away.  How tragic and sad.  His mother wanted to commit suicide.  The pain was so great, and her love so strong, she just wanted to be with her son.  During the night in her dreams, her son came to her in a Jung SuWon Martial Art uniform, and said mommy, see I can run and jump and I am very happy again.  Please don't kill yourself.  Be happy, for I am very happy.

What an incredible story.
1. Look at how important martial arts was in this young boy's life.  Many times we take this for granted.

2. Look at how fast disease can take our health and our loved ones away.  We have to develop spiritual bonds of love and connection that will live forever.  We have to realize our time is very limited and appreciate each other more.

3. Look at how the world is spiritual, and how special messages and visions came come to us in our dreams.

It is all very inspiring.  I makes me want to train more.  To appreciate and love more. and to get more spiritual.  Also, I value my martial arts training so much more.  Move and learn.  Develop and have fun while you can.

Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim was the master instructor to this little boy, and I really appreciate how much love and energy she puts into each one of us.  Thank you HJN. Also, thank you for your incredible products (NorthStar Productions).  I really hope that you make more.
